I’ll post both workouts logs from the last 2 days. Lower from yesterday then upper from today:


YESTERDAY (lower):

Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 205x5

Seated Calf Raise: 92.5x15, 92.5x12, 92.5x15

Deadlift: 135x5, 225x5

Leg Extension: 2 sets of 8

Leverage Squat (lol I had to look up what this was called): 180x5, 180x5, 180x5

Leg Press: I forget how much but 5 reps and I went up to 360lbs(4plate lmao)



TODAY (upper):

DB Bench: 65x5, 70x5, 75x5, 80x5

DB Incline Bench:

Seated Machine Shoulder Press: 1x8 warmup for Delts

Lateral Raise: 25x8

DB Shoulder Press: 50x5, 50x5, 50x5

Seated Triceps Dumbbell Extension: 60x8

Face Pulls: 3 sets for around 10-15 reps

Pec Deck Rear Flyes: 3 sets of 8

Cable Close Grip Pulldown: 3 sets of 5

Lat Pulldown: I think it was 1 set of 5 or 8

Nothing notable happened today. So no journal entry.
