I gave up trying to write something yesterday. As it is Sunday, I did not partake in activities that consisted of lifting heavy things and putting them down. Yesterday was my upper body but it unfortunately was cut short due to obligations outside of the gym. I’ll also mention that I did my first ever (sketch as fuck lol) pistol squat on my right leg! That felt pretty fuckin’ neato.
